From our first meeting to the end of your project, Tyson Construction is committed to providing the best solution for your home improvement needs. Our first meeting will focus on the scope of a proposed remodeling project in detail. Measurements will be taken to ensure an accurate estimate.
Depending on the size of the project, we will provide a detailed estimate normally within two weeks of our first meeting. A second meeting will confirm measurements, fine tune the plan, make adjustments as necessary and include a discussion of material/fixture selections. At this point, Tyson Construction will create a contract outlining our commitment to you. A final meeting will involve discussing the details of the contract, signing our agreement and receiving a down payment.
Now it's your turn to relax and our job to put together the project schedule, apply for necessary permits and order the materials. Once the materials arrive, we can begin! The customer will be kept abreast of every step in the process. An on-site project manager will be available to our sub-contractors throughout the remodel to make sure they have all the information they need to keep on schedule. At the completion of the project, a final walk-through meeting is scheduled to make certain the customer is completely satisfied. At that time, the final payment will be collected.
